BPS Book Clubs 2008

Everyone wants to belong to a club. Clubs are fun and friendly and full of surprises-some clubs are even FREE! How do we best connect as a global community and build in each other and ourselves the ability to think and live BIG? Books are the answer. Books are full of information and inspiration — they feed our imagination and fuel our growth. In January 2008, we invite you to join not one, but two brand new book clubs, starring avid reader, teacher and artist Tena Sprenger.

Twelve great books and lots of friends to discuss them with — it's as simple as that. Register for this FREE book club and log into our reading room to mingle with book lovers across town or across the world. We'll introduce each title and author; give you questions to consider and a message board to use in sharing your ideas and insights. Whether you're a voracious speed-reader, or someone who just wants the scoop, you'll appreciate the mix of topics Tena has gathered and the treat of listening to her share what she has learned from each good read.

Whether or not you like to read, you'll love the experience of creating handmade books with Tena. Each monthly book project draws inspiration from Tena's book of the month and each monthly book project teaches you new techniques and tips from the world of altering, building and binding books! This year, it's all about the books — join the club and help us celebrate and create one-of-kind treasures to line your shelves and house your memories.
