This layout was three years in the making. It is the result of extras in my system
(Family Words File and Story Cards) I tell you more about it in this week's presentation.

After you watch the presentation in our classroom this week, I hope you can draw a very important conclusion.

Here it is: Stacy doesn't make pages every day but she, every single day, is engaged with some aspect of her system.

That is what I need you to know. I take pictures, I upload, purge and sort pictures; I write down things my kids say; I file away papers and projects they bring home from school. I get ideas, and stories pop into my mind and because I have a Library of Memories system, I am able to do something with that inspiration.

When I make time to scrapbook, most of the prep work is done. Let me say that again … when I make time to scrapbook, most of the prep work is done! When I make time to scrapbook, I can actually scrapbook, because I have many, many places I can go to find the jumpstart and the materials I need to start and to be productive.

Let it Go.
Let it Grow.

We are at the place in our LOM adventure that I need you to let it go and let it grow.
You have a set of storage binders (or digital highlights folders) and a set of category drawers (or customized keywords.) You have an idea of what you personal digital workflow looks like. You know how to keep pictures moving through these two important hubs of activity. What you need to do now is relax a little bit. Let things settle and pay attention. The most important personal insights, adjustments and adaptations into LOM come from living with what you've accomplished in the first half of our time together. As you "let it go" you will also "let it grow." You will allow your system to grow to become the personalized system it needs to be to support you in the kind of scrapbooking you do.

This week, there is short presentation (9 slides) that introduces you to four of my 'Extras.' There is a handout that shows you the application of these extras in my personal scrapbooking. And there is a supply list that outlines what you need to acquire some or all of these extra and supporting tools

Our spring break is officially over and I can't wait to visit with you on our forums.

See you there!
