Big Picture Scrapbooking Chat is provided by Big Picture Scrapbooking, LLC. By using Big Picture Scrapbooking Chat (the "Service") you agree that you will not post any material which is knowingly false and/or defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, or otherwise violates any law. You agree not to post any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by you.
Considering the real-time nature of the Service, it is impossible for BigPictureScrapbooking.com ("BPS") to review messages or confirm the validity of information posted. Please remember that we do not actively monitor the contents of posted messages and are not responsible for any messages posted. BPS does not vouch for or give any warranty in relation to the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any message, and are not responsible for the contents of any message.
The messages posted on the Service express the views of the author of the message, not necessarily the views of BigPictureScrapbooking.com or anyone associated with the aforementioned.
BPS has the ability to remove objectionable messages and we reserve the right to delete any contribution, or take action against any account, at any time, for any reason. You remain solely responsible for the content of your messages, and you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Big Picture Scrapbooking, LLC. and their agents with respect to any claim based upon transmission of your message(s).
Big Picture Scrapbooking may disclose any information, including your identity (or whatever information we know about you) that it deems necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, code, legal process or governmental request. We will hold your personal information on our systems for as long as you use the service you have requested, and remove it in the event that the purpose has been met, or if you no longer wish to continue your registration as a member, or to post on the Conversations service.
Please note that in order to maintain the structure and integrity of Chats, we do not remove the posts of users who are no longer registered members, but do remove the users' Chats History page from the site.
Big Picture Scrapbooking Chat - Posting guidelines
Chat lets you get advice, share ideas, stay in touch and discuss local issues. It is open to everyone read and enjoy in a safe and fun environment. Please respect our policy on suitable content. We reserve the right to remove inappropriate posts, and to prevent users who abuse the service from posting.

Contributions must be civil and tasteful. Please don't use offensive and abusive language. Be constructive and relevant in your response to postings. We reserve the right to remove any posts that other users may find offensive or that we receive complaints about.

We won't allow racism, sexism, homophobia or any other material we consider inflammatory or objectionable in postings.

No spamming. BPS doesn't allow the submission of the same or very similar contributions in multiple locations.

We reserve the right to remove any posts that may put us in legal jeopardy, such as potentially libellous or defamatory postings.

While we realise politics is an important part of local life we won't allow postings which actively encourage, canvass opinion for, or promote allegiance to any political party.
Safety guidelines
Please remember that the web is a forum for anyone and everyone and you don't know who is viewing the site. We strongly advise you never to reveal any personal information about yourself or anyone else in posts, including phone numbers, mobiles or email address. We reserve the right to remove such postings from Chat.
Violation of Terms of use
BigPictureScrapbooking.com reserves the right to delete any contribution, or take action against any account, at any time, for any reason. Persistent abuse of the Terms of use or breach of the Posting guidelines may result in action being taken against the user's account.
