How Many Is Five?

We've all got those projects lined up that we know we need to do-a baby book, a travel album, a year-in-review holiday gift-and most of the time, they're fun. But if you've ever felt your creativity vanish when faced with a "need to do" project, it's time for a "this would be cool" project challenge! We've got just the thing: a five-page mini-album all about the number five. You might be surprised at how this simple challenge can bring together some really interesting stories, facts, and photos!

Contributing editor to Simple Scrapbooks magazine and 2006 CK Hall of Famer Elizabeth Dillow brings you the first-ever class offered as a partnership between Simple Scrapbooks and Big Picture Scrapbooking. Elizabeth has years of teaching experience both in public high school classrooms and in local scrapbook stores and meeting halls as a scrapbooking and photography instructor. She views scrapbooking as a way to capture personal and cultural history for future generations, and hopes to help you do the same!

After you complete this "how many is five" challenge, you'll realize that you've captured a priceless part of yourself or your family that wasn't even on your "need to do" list. You'll also have a chance to scrapbook photos and memories that might not otherwise have a home. And best of all, you'll reinvigorate your creative side-what could be better at the beginning of a new year? This is big!

Elizabeth Dillow's class includes:

  • Welcome letter from Elizabeth in the classroom
  • Voice message as streaming audio, downloadable MP3 file, and transcript
  • Supply list with live links to product resources
  • Email access to Elizabeth
  • Colorful, step-by-step instructions to make your own "How Many is Five" book
  • Helpful list of ideas to get you started
  • Private posting gallery to share your finished creation with your classmates

Important information about Projects Now at BPS!
Projects Now classes are instant download classes that allow you to participate at BPS anytime! These classes are different from our interactive workshops. There are no starting or ending dates - you may enroll at any time. This flexibility also means, that there will not be the level of teacher and student interaction that we enjoy in our workshops. You will receive handouts to print and an audio file to listen to, but there are typically no message boards or chats.

Even though these classes offer less interaction, you are not alone! If you need help, email us at admin@bigpicturescrapbooking.com. Enjoy!
