Cancellation Policy
Big Picture Scrapbooking reserves the right to cancel a course at any time. If we cancel a course, we will give you the choice of registering for the next course date or receiving a refund for the full course fee.

Due to the nature of this type of class, no refunds will be given.
Four, Six, Eight & Twelve Week Workshops and Extended Workshops
Refunds for workshops are provided if written notification to withdraw is received before the 7th day (2nd week) of class. If your notification is received by admin@bigpicturescrapbooking.com before the second week of class begins, we offer a full class refund that is subject to an administration fee. Once a class has begun its second week, we can not offer refunds.
Year Long Specialty Workshop (Heidi Swapp - A Year to Remember)
Refunds are provided if written notification to withdraw is received before the start of class. If your notification is received by admin@bigpicturescrapbooking.com before class begins, we offer a full class refund that is subject to a $25 administratration fee.
After class begins, students have 4 weeks (28 days) to cancel the year long course. Cancellation after the start of class, within the 28 day period, is subject to a $75 administrative and class materials fee.
Refunds will not be offered after the first 4 weeks (28 days) of class.
NOTES:
- After the start date of any course (except instant downloads) a minimum $25 non-refundable per course administrative fee will be charged.
- No refunds of administration fees will be given at any time.
- Refunds where eligible, will be applied to the same credit card used to pay for your class.
- Refunds will be refunded to you within seven days
- No shows" will be billed for the entire course fee.
- Requests for class substitutions must be received five business days prior to the scheduled class.
- Please email written notification for cancellations, substitutions, or rescheduling requests by the deadline and indicate "REGISTRATION: cancellation/subs/reschedule" in the subject line. Send to: admin@bigpicturescrapbooking.com
