Inside
My Heart
Marriage
isn't just about what you do
it's about how you feel
The key to any
happy, healthy relationship
is the emotional connection
between two people. The way
we feel influences what we see,
how we act, and what we remember.
Focusing on the emotion in your
marriage will help you experience
what is special and unique to
you, over and over again. This
class is designed to help you
identify the feelings you most
desire and focus on making them
an ongoing part of your life
together.
In this class
Mark and Cami Young will help
you combine your love of scrapbooking
with the love in your marriage
to create a mini "movie"
album that lives inside a DVD
case! Individual circular pages
will celebrate your relationship
and serve as a reminder of the
emotionally packed moments that
have mattered most in your marriage.
Dr. Mark Young
is a professor whose master
degree and doctoral studies
focus on marriage and family
counseling. Cami, who studied
recreational therapy, is currently
the stay at home mother to their
five children. Mark and Cami
are huge fans of scrapbooking
because they see it as much
more than a hobby or creative
outlet. Scrapbooking, they believe
is an experiential therapy that
can engage you in positive change,
both as an individual and in
your marriage.
As you work
to complete this project you
will find the emotions you are
after; you'll find what is inside
your heart. And once you know
the feelings you want you'll
be able to create moments that
generate these wonderful feelings.
The key to a happy marriage
isn't what you do. It is how
you feel!
