Wellness Journey

I'm so happy that you want to learn more about the Wellness Journey I have planned for us. This class will be the first step in kicking off a brand new way of viewing your life and your current fitness and health level. Over the course of this workshop, we will make daily and weekly steps towards making lasting lifestyle changes. This class will invigorate you, whether you have been sedentary for far too long or are working on renewing your commitment to health and fitness. Either way, if you are ready to take your health and fitness to the next level, then you owe it to yourself to join us on this wellness journey.

Here's a peek at some of what we will do in class:

  • set fitness and strength goals for weight loss and increased energy
  • take a closer look at good nutrition and discover ways to incorporate small changes a little bit at a time
  • use each day as a way to re-commit to our wellness transformation
  • examine and manage the stress in our hectic lives, simplify where we can, and develop good self-care practices
  • discuss the obstacles that we are bound to encounter, since any trip that's worth taking has some unexpected twists and turns; we will face them and move forward together.

You will be encouraged every step of the way and will be given the tools to make smart decisions that put you and your health first so you can fully participate in your life and live to your highest potential even after this class is over. I want you to take the first steps toward a life-long commitment to wellness with me - and that is BIG!
